Then the royal officer on whose arm the king leaned answered the man of God and said, “If the Lord should make windows in heaven [for the rain], could this thing take place?” Elisha said, “Behold, you will see it with your own eyes, but [because you doubt] you will not eat of it.”*(AMP)

Continuation from where I stopped yesterday. Out of the four types of Miracles named yesterday, I want to focus more on the provisional aspect. We found the account in 2 Kings 6 of when the Syrians had surrounded Samaria and cut off all its supplies, the people of the city were starving to death to a level of eating their children one after another. *In the midst of this crisis, Elisha said by the Spirit of God, "Tomorrow at this time, you can find anything you want."* In a miraculous act of provision, God used four lepers to plunder the enemy's camp and take everything they needed - silver, gold, food and clothing and the news spread to the town.

Jesus also began and ended His ministry on the earth with provisional miracles. At the wedding feast in Cana, He turned water into wine(John 2:1-11). Multiplying the loaves and the fish was a provisional miracle(Matthew 14:15-20). Jesus' last provision miracle before His ascension took place after He arose from the dead.

He was on the shore, watching Peter and some others fishing, when he called out to Peter, "Throw your net out the other side." When Peter did as he was told, his net caught enough fish(John 21:1-12). Divine intervention prospered Peter's business tremendously, causing him to recognize the Lord immediately.

I discovered that God always performs provisional miracles first, before He performs the physical miracles even right from Genesis. He always make a provision for His children at all time. And that's the reason why you will not end this year in shame because the Lord Jesus will make a way for you out of no way in Jesus Christ name. Amen! To be continue tomorrow morning by God's Grace. *TOPIC: BELIEVING GOD FOR THE MIRACULOUS.*(Series 1)

*Scripture Reading:* Matthew 17:26-27

*"When Peter said, “From strangers,” Jesus said to him, “Then the sons are exempt [from taxation]. However, so that we do not offend them, go to the sea and throw in a hook, and take the first fish that comes up; and when you open its mouth, you will find a shekel. Take it and give it to them [to pay the temple tax] for you and Me.”*(AMP)

By the grace of God, the Holy Spirit will be helping us in this series to really trust God for the better life we desire. As we go deep in the teaching, you will be miraculously helped in Jesus Christ name. Amen!

*Miracles are extraordinary occurrences that can only be attributed to the supernatural work of God and demonstrate His involvement in human history.*

FOUR MAJOR TYPES OF MIRACLES:

Miracles, extraordinary events demonstrating divine intervention in human affairs, can be traced from Genesis to Revelation and divided into four main categories.

*1) Physical miracles:* This miracles, such as the man at the gate called Beautiful, who went walking, leaping and praising God when Peter and John commanded him to be made whole. *"Then Peter said, "Silver or gold I do not have, but what I do have I give you. In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, walk." Taking him by the right hand, he helped him up, and instantly the man’s feet and ankles became strong. He jumped to his feet and began to walk. Then he went with them into the temple courts, walking and jumping, and praising God."*(Acts 3:6-8 NIV)

*2) Provisional miracles:* Today's Scripture, when Jesus provided money for Peter to pay taxes, ordered him to go to the river to make a catch. Peter obeyed and found the money in the mouth of the fish which was used to pay their taxes.

*3) Miracles of protection or deliverance:* Example is like when Peter was delivered out of prison by an angel(Acts 12:6-9), or when an angel appeared to Paul and told him all lives on board his sinking ship would be saved. Finally,

*4) Signs and wonders that God performs:* miracles that simply prove His power or existence, like when God proof Himself at the Red Sea before the Egyptians. *"Then Moses stretched out his hand over the sea; and the Lord swept the sea back by a strong east wind all that night and turned the seabed into dry land, and the waters were divided."*(Exodus 14:21 AMP). It's your turn to shout for joy at this season and I pray for you this morning that may you experience one of this Miracles before the year runs out in Jesus Christ name. Amen! *TOPIC: AVOIDING PITFALL IN MARRIAGE/ RELATIONSHIP*(Series 6)

*Scripture Reading:* 1Peter 2:1, Proverbs 4:7

The concluding part, pitfall to avoid in marriage/relationship:

*10) Not talking through conflict:* If you rely on heavy sighs, slammed doors and other non-verbal communication when something is bothering you, you could be playing with fire. *As painful as it may be to get the conversation started, you must speak up.* “Otherwise, problems start festering and begin to take on a life of their own,” *"Therefore, rid yourselves of all malice and all deceit, hypocrisy, envy, and slander of every kind."*(1Peter 2:1) Keeping silent during conflict is devilish, keep talking and never give room for the devil in your home.

*11) Flighty over money:* A recent study found that 43% of married couples argue about money mostly everyday. *This is the truth, marriage can't work without money but as christian, we must not give ourselves as slave to it but must be subjected to us.* As couple, to make our marriages work and to avoid pitfall in the journey, don't allow the love of money to override your affair. Money has an important role to play in our homes and we must be careful in dealing with it.

*12) Shutting down sexually when you’re angry rather than dealing with issues:* This is very common to women, although withholding affection may seem like the ideal way to punish your husband, you risk seriously damaging your relationship. *No matter what happened between you and your spouse, using sex as a tool of punishment is demonic and witchcraft.* Infact, sex should be a means of settling issues and not a tool of punishment.

*13) Failing to understand that marriages have ups and downs:* It’s OK to expect incredible moments in your marriage, but *“Just don’t expect them to happen every day.”* Learn to understand Time and Season. Proverbs 3:14 says; *"I know that everything God does will endure forever; nothing can be added to it and nothing taken from it. God does it so that people will fear him."* I hope this series will bring a great change in our homes as the Holy Spirit will be our help in Jesus name. *TOPIC: CHRISTIAN HOME: PILLARS THAT SUSTAIN MARRIAGES*(Series 4)

*Scripture Reading:* 1 Peter 2:17

Three days ago, I started sharing with you what makes our marriages work and we are considering some pillars that makes it stand and especially in fulfilling God's purpose on earth. Let's continue from where we stopped yesterday:

*4) Respect:* Respect is the way a person treats something he or she values. If something is highly valued, a person will treat it with honor and dignity. One does not mistreat it or discard it. A valid question to ask is, *“How much do I value my spouse?”*

Without respect, marriage partners feel devalued. That devaluation erodes this pillar and causes coldness toward one another. 1 Peter 2:17 says, *“Show proper respect to everyone.”*

What must be understood, however, is that men and women feel respected in different ways. *A man typically feels valuable when he is able to figure something out and accomplish a goal or objective. A woman feels valued when she has someone who will listen to her and to whom she can talk and be understood.*

Now, if it is true that one respects what one values, then it can be expected that a husband and wife, will show respect to each other. The problem is that the way a man shows respect for someone he values is to help fix problems and provide answers. The way a woman shows respect to someone she values is to talk to him or her.

*The goal is to first of all choose to value one’s spouse, then to learn how to show him or her respect in a way he or she will understand and appreciate.*

A husband who values his wife who comes to him with a problem should rethink his first inclination is to come up with a solution. *He should realize that she may not be looking for a solution. She is respecting him by talking to him and expressing what she is feeling. Coming up with a solution may cause her to become frustrated or angry because she just wants to make a connection, not fix her problem.* When that happens, the husband may become frustrated or angry because he thinks she thinks his solution isn’t good enough for her. Fear of Assassination: Iran’s leader Khamenei chooses three successors, skips son

The Islamic Republic of Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei has reportedly handpicked three potential successors in case he is killed during Israel’s ongoing military campaign — a revelation that signals unprecedented urgency inside Tehran’s highest ranks.

According to an investigative report by The New York Times on Saturday, the 86-year-old Supreme Leader, now operating from a fortified bunker, privately named three senior clerics to assume power should he die during the conflict.

The Times cites “senior Iranian officials” who say Khamenei made the selections after a string of high-level assassinations by Israeli forces.

Significantly, Khamenei’s influential son, Mojtaba, long rumoured to be groomed for succession, was not included in the list.

This marks a dramatic shift from years of speculation that a dynastic handover was being engineered behind the scenes, Jerusalem Post also reports on Saturday.

“Khamenei has nominated three clerics as potential successors while hiding in a bunker… Mojtaba is not among them,” reported The New York Times, citing confidential Iranian sources close to the leadership.

Meanwhile, The Jerusalem Post corroborated the report, noting that the Supreme Leader has also “selected replacements down his military chain of command” in anticipation of further Israeli strikes that could decimate his inner circle.

Under normal conditions, Iran’s Supreme Leader is chosen by the Assembly of Experts — an 88-member clerical body.

But Khamenei’s reported actions suggest he is attempting to shape that outcome in advance, potentially bypassing traditional structures to preserve his ideological legacy and prevent internal fractures.

Analysts say the selection of three clerics, rather than one, reflects both a lack of consensus within Iran’s ruling elite and the urgency of contingency planning as the threat level escalates.

While names have not been officially released, the report indicates the candidates are figures trusted by Khamenei and aligned with the regime’s hardline core.

Implications Beyond Iran
The move has immediate geopolitical consequences. With the region on edge following Israeli strikes on senior Iranian and Hezbollah commanders, the specter of regime instability could further inflame the Middle East.

It also raises questions about the viability of Iran’s leadership structure should Khamenei be incapacitated.

“Khamenei’s action signals a regime that sees the risk of decapitation as real,” said a senior regional intelligence official quoted in The New York Times. “It is succession planning not in theory — but under fire.”
