  • But why take church to court???? Why? SDA come here quickly...house cleaning....

Afrika needs liberation from religious fanatics who are irrelevant to the issues in the society. The church is not an island working in isolation from society. What affects the country affects the church and as such the church must be an agent of change to repair the social ills. It's very unfortunate to witness the church being part of the problem in the courtrooms. The recent legal development in (Seventh day Adventist Church) in Zimbabwe is a shame as opposition politicians seek to twist the arm of law under the guise of religious freedom.

Politicians are community leaders and when they are invited to the church pulpits they represent the arms of the state and its political identity. By nature opposition politics in Zimbabwe has lost its identity as it feeds on negative energy...rather they be alternative parties which must see the good and encourage the sitting government to deliver on their mandate. We build strong governments when we hold them accountable to their public office as civil servants... The political arm and the religious structure are all servicing the same nation, childish lawsuits charged with religious hypocrisy.

"Mr. Sanyatwe, who briefly spoke from the pulpit after being invited by Mr. Kudakwashe Tagwirei. Advocate Thabani Mpofu, purporting to represent a concerned member of the church, has released a strongly worded letter accusing the church’s leadership of desecration, political co-optation, and gross negligence. However, upon objective scrutiny, these allegations are not only misplaced but appear to be driven by partisan motivations disguised as spiritual concern" (Maverick).

The concerned member has lost touch with reality and his intoxication with "Adventism" and its "purity" neglects the "occupy till I come... He forgets David...a politician... Abraham had a private army.. Daniel a Minister with three brothers.. Hannaniah, Azariah, and Mishael, Ezra, Nehemiah even worked as a cupbearer to the Persian king.

"Select only strong, healthy, and good-looking young men,” he said. “Make sure they are well versed in every branch of learning, are gifted with knowledge and good judgment, and are suited to serve in the royal palace. Train these young men in the language and literature of Babylon."
"5 The king assigned them a daily ration of food and wine from his own kitchens. They were to be trained for three years, and then they would enter the royal service." Daniel 1:4-5

This toxic opposition position is pretentiously ignorant about the divine assignment of the chosen to influence the political system. If the church produces the best Godly people why should they be prohibited from assuming political power? I want you to "be heads and not tails" only those who teach the politics of the tails and what comes out under the tail would consume such content.

Contrary the head has the eyes, the ears, the horns, the mouth of a nation. It is a divine assignment to be of service in the corridors of power. I suggest that opposition parties move away from tail politics to the head politics, to think and speak truth to power.
President ED Mnangagwa has contributed immensely to the SDA in cash and in support. The church enjoys a cordial relationship with government and direct financial/facility donations. The very people claiming "sacred pulpit politics" have seen breaking the holy sabbath for their political meetings and functions.
The Church has channels of communication and no individual member can subvesiviky run an opposition political mobilisation to churches. It is the role of the Union to write to the conference and the conference to the church concerned. Intact the Union should write a letter distancing themselves from this malicious act.
Our very learned Advocate Thabani Mpofu used to go with Nelson to Zunde and church services advertising/campaigning for election, what has changed now? . What was the response from the church. Who wrote letters complaining that the church had been desecrated? .

Can the list of all SDA members who attended the book launch of Sakhala on Sabbath be made available? Why such double standards and two forked tongues claim righteousness while they desecrated the same institution . The real question is "how much of the church is influenced/controlled by opposition parties and how much contribution and control does opposition have in the SDA in Zimbabwe? Personally I think the letter was not fair, and the lawsuit is misplaced zeal and the intentions are that of political ambitions above decorum concerns.
Let us build a country and not tolerate side shows which present the church as divided by political parties. There is more work to do than egos to massage.FoT Maponga Marara Munyuki ChangaMbire Svosve DzimbaBgwe

  • What a load of nonsense! The idea that personal branding is some magical solution to your professional woes is utterly ridiculous. This article claims to break down the concept of "marca personal" and how to create your own, but let’s be honest: it’s just another way to sell you a pipe dream wrapped in buzzwords.

First off, let’s talk about the very notion of a personal brand. They say it’s about the “imprint” we leave on others, but in reality, it’s just a shiny facade that masks the truth. Do we really need to curate our lives to fit into some pre-packaged notion of what a “brand” should be? Who decided that we need to market ourselves like products on a shelf? This toxic idea is promoting a culture of superficiality where authenticity takes a backseat.

The article mentions “ejemplos de marcas personales” – examples of personal brands. But are these really examples of successful individuals, or just glorified influencers with staged lives? Let’s not forget that many of these so-called role models have built their empires on deception and half-truths. When did we start valuing the glossy photo over genuine talent and integrity? This is an indictment of our society!

Then, we have the so-called "consejos" for creating your own brand. As if we need a blueprint for being human. Why don’t we focus on real skills, hard work, and true connections instead? Instead of teaching people to shout about their achievements from the rooftops, how about we encourage humility and the pursuit of genuine excellence? It’s infuriating to see the glorification of self-promotion over real, measurable success.

Let’s not fall into this trap of believing that personal branding is the answer to our problems. It’s a distraction at best and a harmful delusion at worst. If we continue to chase this illusory ideal, we’ll lose sight of what really matters – building real relationships, honing our skills, and being authentic in a world that seems hell-bent on promoting the artificial.

So, if you’re reading this thinking about building your "marca personal," take a step back and reconsider. Are you truly offering value, or are you just another cog in this soulless machine that promotes superficiality and false impressions? It’s time to wake up and stop drinking the Kool-Aid of personal branding. Let's reclaim authenticity over artifice!

  • In a world that often seems filled with challenges and disputes, it's essential to focus on the positives and remember the value of strong relationships! I recently came across the insightful thoughts of businessman Wale Jana, who shared some empowering advice for men: "Stay with their wives as long as they are not known for being promiscuous." This statement resonates deeply, especially in the context of the recent public disagreements between Stella Damasus and her ex-husband, Daniel Ademinokan.

Relationships can be complicated, and sometimes it’s easy to get caught up in the drama. However, Wale's perspective reminds us to appreciate our partners for who they truly are, rather than letting external pressures dictate our feelings or actions. It's about loyalty, understanding, and celebrating the love that brought us together in the first place!

Every relationship has its ups and downs, but what makes a bond unbreakable is the commitment to stand by each other through thick and thin. Let's take a moment to reflect on the beauty of partnership. When we find a partner who supports us, who we can trust and love, we should cherish that connection!

Love is a journey, not a destination. It's a beautiful dance of emotions, where patience, kindness, and respect lead us to deeper understanding. Wale’s advice encourages us to focus on the qualities that truly matter. As we navigate through life’s challenges, let’s remind ourselves to choose love and support over speculation and negativity. Every relationship deserves a chance to grow and blossom!

In times of conflict, it's crucial to communicate openly and honestly. Instead of allowing misunderstandings to fester, let’s embrace dialogue. Share your thoughts, feelings, and concerns with your partner, and listen to theirs with an open heart. This creates a foundation of trust and respect, essential elements for any lasting relationship.

Let’s champion positivity and uplift one another! Whether it’s in our personal lives or in how we respond to public figures and their journeys, let’s commit to spreading love and understanding rather than judgment. Together, we can create a more supportive and compassionate world.

So, to all the wonderful individuals out there, remember that your relationships are worth nurturing! Stand by your loved ones, celebrate their strengths, and embrace their flaws. Let’s build a community filled with love, respect, and unwavering support.

  • Ah, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and their latest masterpiece, "Armada." Nothing screams "we're serious about football" quite like a hype video that probably cost more than your average college education. I mean, who wouldn’t want to shell out for a 3D artist to break down the intricacies of digital graphics while we’re just trying to understand why a pigskin costs so much?

Let’s talk about the real star of the show: the Treasure Island kit. Because nothing says "we're ready for the season" like a nostalgic nod to a place where dreams go to die... or at least to get swallowed by the ocean. I can only imagine the brainstorming session that led to this decision—"Hey team, how about we throw in some flashy graphics and make sure everyone knows we have a treasure map? It has to be better than just showing our players running around, right?"

And let’s not forget the crowd of over 65,000 at Raymond James Stadium. I can just picture them all, eyes glued to the screen, mouths agape in awe as they witness the artistic genius of a 3D artist who, let’s face it, probably wishes he were working on a Marvel movie instead. "Look at those pixels! What craftsmanship!" they must have exclaimed, ignoring the fact that a football game was about to unfold right in front of them.

But hey, who needs touchdowns when you have eye candy? The artistry on display surely must have distracted fans from the actual game plan—after all, it’s all about the aesthetics, isn’t it? If only they could score points for creativity instead of touchdowns, the Buccaneers would be the Super Bowl champions every year.

And as we sit back and watch this spectacle unfold, let’s reflect on what it truly means to be a fan of the Buccaneers. It’s less about the game, and more about the graphics, the hype, and the relentless pursuit of that elusive “wow” factor. After all, if we can’t win games, at least we can win the award for Best Use of CGI in a Sports Setting.

So, here’s to the Buccaneers and their ambitious foray into the world of hype videos. May your digital rendering skills shine as bright as your playoff hopes, and may the Treasure Island kit remain a beacon of creativity amidst the chaos of the NFL season.

  • The gaming community is really starting to feel the weight of rising prices. First, it was $60, then $70, and now we're looking at the possibility of $80 for new games. I mean, come on. It's getting a bit excessive, right? Players are expressing their frustrations, and honestly, I can't blame them. Who wants to keep shelling out more and more for something that used to be more affordable?

There’s a sense of weariness among gamers. We’re not just talking about a few dollars here and there; this is a significant jump. $60 felt somewhat reasonable, especially for a good game. Then they raised it to $70, and now, with the talk of $80, it just feels like we’re being taken for granted.

The industry has been pushing these price hikes, and many players are saying "كفى" to it all. It’s like we’re stuck in this cycle of gradual increases, and there’s no end in sight. What happened to the days when you could buy a game without having to think twice about the cost?

Sure, there are arguments about development costs and inflation, but at some point, it feels like the fun is being sucked out of gaming. We’re not just consumers; we’re fans, and we want to enjoy our favorite pastimes without breaking the bank.

And let’s be real, not every game is worth $80. Some titles come and go, and it’s hard to justify spending that much on something that might not even hold our attention for long.

So here we are, with a growing sentiment from players who are tired of these constant price hikes. It’s a bit disheartening to see this trend, and it leaves many of us wondering what the future holds for gaming. Will we eventually see a breaking point, or will we just keep accepting these new prices as the norm?

I guess only time will tell. For now, we’ll just have to sit and watch as the discussions around $80 games continue to unfold. It’s all a bit tiring, to be honest.

  • In the spectacular drama that is Nigerian economics, one can't help but chuckle at the sheer audacity of it all. Recently, Senator Adams Oshiomhole, in a moment of unintentional comedic brilliance, likened Nigeria's borrowing spree to a fish that drinks water every day. Yes, you read that right—a fish! It seems our financial strategies have evolved to resemble aquatic life forms. Who knew that the key to understanding fiscal policies was to study marine biology?

Let’s take a moment to unpack this delightful analogy. Picture a fish, happily swimming in circles, gulping down water like there's no tomorrow, completely oblivious to the fact that it might drown in its own liquidity. That’s essentially what Nigeria has been doing under the brilliant stewardship of the late Muhammadu Buhari’s administration. The Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) was cranking out money like a vending machine at a carnival—faster than you can say "inflation."

According to Oshiomhole, the excessive printing of money via the Ways and Means policy led to the naira's collapse. It’s almost poetic, really. The naira, once a proud currency, now resembles a deflated balloon after a child’s birthday party—sad, wrinkled, and utterly useless. But hey, at least it’s got a story to tell! "Once upon a time, I was worth something!"

Can we take a moment to appreciate the creativity behind these policies? It’s like trying to fill a bucket with holes using a fire hose—both entertaining and futile. The fish analogy is not just humorous; it's a stark reminder of how our leaders seem to swim in a sea of their own decisions, oblivious to the impact on the economy. Perhaps we should start introducing "swimming lessons" for our policymakers to teach them about the dangers of drowning in debt.

And let’s not forget the delightful irony of it all. While the naira was collapsing faster than a house of cards, the rest of us were left trying to figure out how to afford basic necessities. It’s as if the currency was playing a game of hide and seek, and spoiler alert: it’s hiding very well!

In the grand scheme of things, Oshiomhole’s colorful description of our plight serves as a wake-up call—or perhaps a wake-up splash?—for all of us. The next time you think about borrowing money, just remember the fish. After all, we wouldn’t want to end up floundering in the deep end of debt, would we?

So here’s to the next generation of economists who will hopefully learn from our watery misadventures. Let’s hope they remember that just because a fish drinks water every day doesn’t mean it should drown in it.

  • In the grand theater of reality TV, where every day is a new episode and every tweet could spark a fan war, we have the latest spectacle: Tacha, the self-proclaimed queen of all things dramatic, has decided to take on the formidable forces of the "Twitter witches and wizards." Yes, you heard that right! Apparently, a video involving influencer Asherkine and UNN student Becky has provoked enough outrage to summon the full coven of online skeptics.

Picture this: Tacha, in her glittering throne of social media, armed with hashtags and a perfectly curated aesthetic, bravely stands against the "witchcraft" of Twitter. I mean, who knew that being an influencer came with a side of sorcery? One moment you're sipping your latte in a trendy café, and the next, you've conjured a viral video that has the entire Twitterverse under a spell of confusion.

But let’s be real for a second—how is it that a few clever edits and an awkward interaction can turn anyone into a target for the dark arts? It's almost impressive how quickly the keyboard warriors can transform into a pack of howling witches, casting judgment faster than you can say "unfollow." Meanwhile, Tacha, with her dazzling wit and unmistakable social presence, is out here trying to rescue the reputation of her fellow influencers like a modern-day superhero. Cape not included.

And what’s so fascinating about this online drama is the sheer irony of it all. Tacha, who has mastered the art of publicity and controversy, is now calling for peace in a realm where chaos reigns supreme. I can almost hear the witches cackling in delight, contemplating their next move while sipping on their artisanal pumpkin spice lattes. Who needs a broomstick when you have a smartphone, right?

As for Asherkine and Becky, they’ve suddenly found themselves at the center of a social media storm that’s brewing faster than a cauldron on Halloween night. Their brief moment of fame has turned into an epic saga, complete with fans, foes, and more drama than a season finale of any reality show. One has to wonder if they signed up for this level of exposure or if they simply wanted a quiet life before the Twitter witches turned their lives into a trending topic.

So, here’s to Tacha, Asherkine, and Becky—may your lives continue to unfurl like a reality TV script filled with plot twists and sensational reveals. And to the "Twitter witches and wizards," keep stirring that pot of drama; the rest of us will be here, popcorn in hand, ready for the next episode of this enchanting series we call social media life.

  • How Israel Tricked Iran 20 Top Military Leaders With Fake Meeting to Kill Them

At every step, Israel’s intelligence agency, the Mossad, has dominated Iran over the past 10 days. Each action could be its own movie. Who knew that the Mossad had created inside of Iran a drone factory. These drones proved strategic as the war began in destroying missile launchers and defense systems.

Now we find out that the Mossad was able to lure 20 top military leaders to meet together at the same place so they could be neutralized. Understand, these are brutal killers. Iran is the top state sponsor of terrorism in the world, and it oppresses their own people daily. Christians are forbidden to meet, and if you are the leader of a house church, you can end up in jail.

According to Israeli Journalist Amit Segal (pictured), who can be seen daily on N12, Israel’s most popular news channel, “Israel … create[d] a fake phone call for 20 members of the air force senior staff and call[ed] them to a specific bunker in Tehran.” All Israel News reported, “The fake Israeli phone operation called for an emergency meeting for top IRGC operatives.”

“The ruse successfully drew the entire senior leadership of Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC),” claimed Segal. At this point, it was quite easy for the Israeli Air Force to zero in on that location, taking out some of the most evil men on the planet.

    //Leaders neutralized:
    • General Amir Ali Hajizadeh and his deputies, who oversaw Iran’s Aerospace Force/Ballistic Missiles.
    • Maj. Gen. Mohammad Bagheri, the head of Iran’s Armed Forces.
    • Maj. Gen. Gholam Ali Rashid, second in command
    • Head of IRGC Commander Hossein Salami, known for repeatedly calling for Israel to be wiped off the map
    • Two top nuclear scientists

“The elimination of Iran’s top military leadership meant that there was no one who was ‘alive to give the command to strike back.’ [It] paralyzed the Tehran regime for several hours. However, the ayatollah regime and the IRGC fired a barrage of some 100 ballistic missiles against Israel some time later,” according to All Israel News.

An Israeli security official told Fox News, “We carried out specific activities to help us learn more about them, and then use that information to influence their behavior. We knew this would lead them to meet, but more importantly, we knew how to keep them there.”

  • Governor Peter Ndubuisi Mbah receives Members of the Senate Committee on Solid Minerals

“I received members of the Senate Committee on Solid Minerals Development, led by Senator Ekong Sampson. I commended the importance of their task, as solid minerals hold a huge economic opportunity for our country, especially in the context of economic diversification.

I emphasised the need for greater inclusion of state governments in the exploration and exploitation of the nation’s solid minerals. Both national and sub-national governments possess enormous potential, yet many of these assets are lying dormant or have been left in the hands of illegal miners. That must end. As a government, we are seeking more inclusion.

I also drew attention to the ongoing conflict between the Nigerian Inland Waterway Act and the Mining Act regarding who has the right to mine sand along coastal areas. I believe this is a matter the Senate Committee will examine closely to bring clarity.

One of the major challenges in fully harnessing the solid minerals sector is the absence of reliable and up-to-date data. In many cases, available data is obsolete or insufficient for informed investment decisions. Developing accurate geospatial data and establishing clear lines of responsibility will go a long way in attracting serious investment into the sector.

We in Enugu State remain fully committed to working with the federal legislature and the federal government to reposition the solid minerals sector for national development.

I thank Senator Ekong Sampson for acknowledging Enugu’s strategic place in Nigeria’s minerals landscape. Beyond our known prominence in coal production in Udi, geological data points to valuable deposits of limestone in Nkanu and Oji River, iron ore in Nsukka and Ogbete, and silica and laterite in various parts of the state. These minerals offer significant opportunities for investment, job creation and broad economic advancement.

I welcome the Senate’s pledge to collaborate with us in crafting the necessary legal, regulatory and governance frameworks to unlock the full potential of this sector” the Governor Said

He insisted that the Minister’s gate would form the new classroom for the children. At the time of filing this report, the students are currently on break, eating rice and chicken provided by VDM and friends. follow us on all social media and register on our site for free
