Ghanaian President John Mahama awarded Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi the Order of the Star of Ghana, the country's highest national honour. Modi visited Ghana on Wednesday, the first such visit by an Indian PM in three decades. During the visit, the two countries signed four key Memoranda of Understanding in areas of agriculture, energy, manufacturing, and healthcare, and elevated their relations to a "comprehensive partnership.
