Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi arrives in Ghana today for talks with President John Mahama. He's the first leader of the subcontinent to travel to the country in West Africa in 30 years.
Modi is also expected to address Ghana's parliament. Ahead of his departure, Modi said the two-day trip was aimed at deepening cooperation in investment, energy, health, security and building partnerships. Ghana is the first leg of a five-nation tour that will take Modi to Trinidad and Tobago , Argentina , Brazil and Namibia too.
