At least four people were k!lled and two others seriously injured when a group of armed gunmen attacked Ilesha Baruba motor park in Baruba Local Government Area of Kwara State. Intelligence sources told security analyst, Zagazola Makama, that about 10 gunmen stormed the park around 9:30pm on Monday, April 21, 2025 and opened fire indiscriminately at people relaxing at a local joint. The sources said that among those k!lled in the attack were Alhaji Jaawire, Abduljabar, Mohammed Nasamu, and three others whose names are yet to be confirmed. The security forces visited the scene, where the corpses of the victims were taken to Ilesha Baruba Morgue for autopsy, while the injured were rushed to the hospital for treatment.
